Choosing, wearing and utilizing optimal colors in your daily life can enhance your appearance and improve the quality of your life. That is the objective of C Color.
The C Color App, as your personal C Color Consultant is the expert Eye and is accurate, meets your needs, answers your questions, assists you in decision making and saves you thousands of dollars, by eliminating misguided color choices.
Utilize the C Color App, to aid you in identifying your optimal colors for clothing, accessories, cosmetics, home, office, automobile; interiors and exteriors and all else that you surround yourself with daily.
STEP 1 TAKE OR CHOOSE A PHOTO
To sample an item for purchase, tap, “TAKE A PHOTO”.
To sample a photo from your photo gallery, tap, “CHOOSE A PHOTO”.
STEP 2 COLOR CORRECT THE PHOTO
Lighting adjustments may be required, as the lighting of the environment that you are in may not accurately capture the color of the item that you have chosen to identify.
FILTERS
Filters are the labeled icons that assist with the lighting adjustments of the photograph that you have chosen to match. The chosen icon automatically adjusts the image for you.
Tap “FILTER”, tap each icon, until the color of the item in the photograph matches the item that you have chosen to identify.
Once the lighting is accurately adjusted, tap, “DONE”.
LIGHTING
Lighting assists with the temperature adjustments of the photograph that you have chosen to match. The chosen temperature range automatically adjusts the image for you.
Slide solid white circle left for cooler temperatures, right for warmer temperatures, until the color of the item in the photograph matches the item that you have chosen to identify.
Once the lighting is accurately adjusted, tap, “DONE”.
STEP 3 COLOR MATCHING
To sample the color of the item that you have chosen to identify, pinch, zoom and drag the photograph, until a section of the pure color even if blurred, fills the center circle.
TIPS
- To best capture accurate colors, hold the camera at a distance, from the clothing or items being photographed.
- To ensure an accurate match and avoid shadows and lighted areas, photograph items in even lighting conditions.
- To match clothing and other items zoom in on a section that displays the pure color even if blurred.
- To match colors with saved images on your phone, use the highest resolution possible.
- To match clothing capture the colors that are worn closest to the face.
- To sample patterns, focus the camera on the colors that are the most prominent in the pattern and that are nearest the face. If there is an overall background color in the patterned garment, photograph that color to match. Remember that you and the C Color App work together, as your color preferences are innate. Decide which colors in the pattern catch your eye and whether or not those colors are a significant portion of the pattern.
