How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Please visit either the C Color App in iTunes or the Google Play store to manage your subscription.

For Apple devices, open your iTunes account, click on ‘Store’ and sign in with your Apple ID. Once signed in, click ‘View My Account’, scroll down to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Manage’ to manage your subscription.

For Android devices, visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, then select the C Color App to manage your subscription.

How Can I Delete My Account?

The C Color App offers three areas for you to delete your C Color App account if that is your intention.

First, you can delete your C Color account after you have completed creating your C Color account and prior to taking the C Color Quiz. The My Account button is located directly below the Start The C Color Quiz button. Tap the My Account button and scroll down the page to the Delete Account button.

Second, you can delete your C Color account after you have completed the C Color Quiz and are given the C Color subscription choices located on the Sign Up page. The option to access the My Account page is listed towards the lower section of the screen beneath the two payment choice, simply tap the Delete Account button.

Third, once the option to start the C Color trial has begun or a C Color subscription has been purchased, the cancellation button can be found within the My Account tab, located in the menu bar on the upper right side of the home screen. Tap the My Account tab and scroll down the page to tap the Delete Account button.

It is paramount to first cancel your C Color subscription, prior to deleting your C Color account. Once your C Color account is deleted, you will be unable to access your C Color account to cancel your C Color subscription or access the numerous rewards of the C Color App.

The Lighting slider assists with the temperature of the photograph that you have chosen to match.

How Can I Take The Optimal Photograph For Color Matching?

The camera should be held at a distance, from the clothing or merchandise being photographed, to optimally capture the accurate color. The clothing or goods being photographed should be placed in even lighting conditions without strong highlights or shadows.

Please note that the photographed color must match the color of the actual article that the eyes see.

Focus the camera on the colors that are the most prominent in the pattern and that sit nearest the face. Decide which colors in the pattern catch your eye and whether or not the colors are a significant portion of the pattern.
